Good luck with your music, I'm glad you've got a break. You deserve some luck. Hope your enjoying yourself. Hope it all goes well for you, best wishes Rich
I wasn't to osure whether I should post on here or not, seemed slightly odd seeing as I'd never met you! However after a lovely, and rather boozy, meal out with Sal, her parents and others (that's all Dave's classified as) my fears of oddity were allayed so I hope you make me welcome!
Am glad you're still having such a great time over there and I think it's soooo cool about your first gig! What songs did you cover? Am very jealous you're going to see Carole King, she's awesome. You have to sing loudly along to Where You Lead and Smackwater Jack when she does them, they're my favourites.
Cheers for the great pics of Fred etc in the hamster wheels. Sal had already sent me one of them but now there are more excuses to laugh at him, not that I needed any of course. He's just one big (or small) excuse in himself... Right, now I'm off to think of something rakishly witty for the caption competition. The sort of comment that will be unsurpasssable for all others....
Aha at last some comments. You are most welcome dodfather, and though we have not met, as we both know and love Sal, how could we fail to be friends?!! I will sing heartily for you at Carole fear not, and i hope i can take pics so there will be some good ones for y'all to see. No more gigs planned as yet, but once i'm settled in my new flat and routine i'll be back on track. xx
Aah thanks for that message Fiona, it was a lovely way to start my Friday. Party season is here already?! Oh my, Christmas seems to be sneaking up on us here, although the weather is certainly trying to make us feel at home! I'm not sure I have ever experienced wind like the one that descended on Tuesday - I was being spun around as I tried to walk to the bus stop - the school bus driver felt so sorry for me he made me get on board! Give Sally HUGE hugs from me when you next see her, and some for yourself of course! xxx

Aah Dodfather you are all rakish wit, but you know I have vested you in the caption competition, I bite my thumb at you Sir!
I tried to get Dave involved in the competiton too, but he's rubbish and couldn't think of anything. Have you got any more gigs coming up darlin'? x
